Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Field Access Manager to cover Upstate NY, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine on the Patient Access team. You will navigate reimbursement barriers and deliver value through strategic account management and patient-focused support, while partnering with providers and institutions to ensure therapy access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales or medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and the practice management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account-based strategies to drive access outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet evolving customer and organizational needs.

• Optimize Patient Access: navigate reimbursement and access challenges for patients and providers to ensure timely access to Takeda’s therapies.
