An established industry player seeks a Field Access Lead to enhance patient access to innovative therapies. As part of Pfizer North America, this individual will report directly to Field Access Director. The Field Access Lead (FAL) will perform their duties under the strategic vision of the Pfizer Business Units’ overarching access and reimbursement plan and compliance standards. Through the demonstration of integrity and excellent business acumen, the FAL will maintain effective communication and continually grow significant relationships. Acting as the main point of contact for patient access and will pull through the patient access strategy. Responsible for providing HCP offices their technical expertise to avert and resolve access & reimbursement issues and support patient access to Pfizer therapies.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,100.00 to $225,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
