Job Description

• 8+ years of IT experience specializing in solution development with the FICO Blaze tool with 3 years’ experience creating FICO rules using RMA development tool
• Experience in architecting & design complex rulesets, decision structures and ability to integrate with other system components seamlessly.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST & API’s
• Knowledge of Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/ASP.Net/Java
• Ability to think creatively to solution for business needs with multiple options
• Experience with problem solving analytical thinking & articulating solutions through visual aids and white boarding
• Able to demonstrate experience with rapid prototyping, requirements definition & management, system performance management
• Experience leading a team of rules developers, task assignment & tracking allocations across multiple projects.
• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Years of Experience: 8+ years of IT experience specializing in solution development with the FICO Blaze tool with 3 years’ experience creating FICO rules using RMA development tool
