Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Entry Level Financial Analyst to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Dallas, TX.

Job Title: Entry Level Financial Analyst
Work Location:Dallas, TX
Duration: 6month contract with option to extend
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree


Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • The analyst will ensure trades are settled accurately and on time with minimal exceptions, as well as meet client service offering in reduced fail rates through enhanced incoming receipts monitoring and inventory management.
  • The analyst will help maintain compliance with client asset segregation and settlement rules and regulations and accurately assist in managing inventory to assess funding requirements while minimizing operational costs.
  • The analyst will also document process flows and create manuals for the functions performed, and then share this knowledge with other new Analysts.
  • The analyst will research and troubleshoot problems within the department.
  • Additionally, the analyst will be accountable for the accuracy and quality of work and for appropriately escalating any unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Through the execution of these duties, the analyst will develop an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and the Firm's business activities.
