Job summary

Altec Osceola Body Plant is seeking personnel for fiberglass operations in producing fiberglass bodies. The role involves bid positions with PPE requirements, heavy lifting (25-50 lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally), chemical proximity and ergonomic challenges.

Responsibilities include maintaining high quality through proper checks and prioritizing safety in all activities, with exposure to materials like styrene and organic peroxides.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Application operators (Gelcoat, Chop & Interior Paint).
• Rollers.
• Glue (Bulkhead, Flatting).
• Cutting (G1, G2).
• Door closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiberglass operations duties in the production of fiberglass bodies at the Altec Osceola Body Plant.
• Work entails PPE requirements, heavy lifting and ergonomic challenges.
• Ensure checks are performed for high quality to prevent errors.
• Maintain safety as a primary responsibility in all tasks.
