Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Seminole, OK is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to keep fiberglass molds production-ready, structurally sound, and ready to produce high-quality shells. You will repair, refurbish, and assist in building molds as needed to support product development and expansion.

Responsibilities include cosmetic/structural repairs, routine upkeep, cleaning, waxing, buffing, and prepping molds, plus inspections for cracks, delamination, wear, or warping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Autobody or fiberglass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and structural repairs on fiberglass molds.
• Perform routine mold upkeep.
• Cleaning, waxing, buffing, and prepping fiberglass molds to maintain smooth, defect-free surfaces for production.
• Maintain mold floor textures and gelcoat surfaces to preserve finish quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify cracks, delamination, wear, warping, or structural degradation.
