Job summary

Sportsman Boats Mfg. in Georgia is seeking a laminator to smooth air bubbles and seams on decks, hulls, and small parts. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with hours varying by production needs.

You will release air bubbles, place precut fiberglass strips on molds, and pat layers to remove wrinkles, contributing to high-quality builds in a manufacturing setting. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Do you have an eye for detail? Are you a bit of a perfectionist? If so, you may be a great fit for a laminator. Laminatorsuse rollers to smooth out air bubbles and seams on our decks, hulls, and small parts. This is a full-time position. Our production schedule is Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Hours may vary depending on production needs.

What you will do:
