Job description

Cast Pipe Machine Operators work with team to manufacture high quality cast pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in a safe and efficient manner.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Wrap fiberglass reinforcement material around mandrel
2. Operation of centrifugal casting machinery
3. Pipe Extractor (pullout machine) Operation
4. Operate trim saws
5. Use Measuring equipment
6. Operation of mix station
7. Understand specification and how it relates to machine setup and product
8. Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
2. Standing up to 12 hours daily
3. Walking up to 12 hours daily
4. Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
5. Repetitive Movement (wrap glass, resin injection) up to 12 hours daily
6. Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
7. Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
8. Assist where and when needed as required
9. Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
10. Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed
