AT&T in Pasadena is seeking an Installation Technician to connect customers to high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services. You will install, test, and activate hardware in customers' homes and small businesses, providing expert service and problem solving.

A flexible schedule is required, including evenings and weekends. You will lift up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces or at height up to 28 ft, and must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and small businesses.
• Identify cables and wires and ensure proper activation and setup of services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Work independently while following safety guidelines and company procedures.
