Insight Global seeks an experienced Fiber Splicing Technician for a Temple, TX project. The role focuses on ribbonized fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and light source/power meter testing to ensure high-quality fiber installations and network performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of fiber splicing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and can work safely in a fast-paced construction environment. The project runs through December 4 with a six-day work schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fiber splicing experience.
• Ribbonized fiber splicing experience.
• Experience using OTDR.
• Experience with light source/power meter testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality in a production environment.
• Must pass drug screening.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
