Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fiber splicing and testing.
• Experience with industry standard fiber splicing and testing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct fiber splicing issues.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage fiber splicing, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Read and interpret fiber splice matrix and client specifications.
• Track daily production and report progress to Construction Manager.
• Provide final documentation and deliverables for splicing.
• Ensure safety regulations including OSHA are followed on site.
