Communications Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Fiber Splicer in Nashua, NH. You will splice optical fibers to maintain our telecom networks, ensuring data travels reliably through our expanding system.

With a focus on safety and quality, you will perform splicing tasks both aerial and underground, test circuits post-installation, and document work activities. Training and career growth are emphasized within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• DOT physical exam with medical card
• 6 months splicing experience or 1 year telecom experience

Responsibilities

• Under guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, aerial and underground
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network after installation
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards
• Safely work at heights and in varying locations (underground to aerial)
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance and fluid checks
• Document work via daily production reports and map marking
• Other duties as assigned
