Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Fiber Splicer in the United States. You will splice optical fibers, perform cable upgrades, and ensure reliable network connections across aerial and underground routes.

The role requires 18+ years, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. You will document daily production and maintain safety standards while supporting network installations.

Qualifications

• Six months of splicing experience or one year in telecommunications.
• Must pass a DOT physical to obtain a valid medical card.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely navigate working at different heights, from underground to in the air.
• Complete basic daily vehicle maintenance and checks.
• Document work through daily production reports and material usage records.
• Other duties as assigned.
