Job summary

Ting Internet in Sanford, NC is seeking a Fiber Sales Representative (Door to Door Field Sales) to connect homeowners with our award-winning Ting Fiber service and upgrade home internet experiences.

You will build relationships in your territory, educate customers on Ting Fiber, and manage your own sales pipeline while using Spotio and mobile tools. Expect to meet weekly/monthly goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home based on a 37.5 hour weekly schedule.
• This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods in varied weather conditions.
• Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is an asset.

What You'll Do

Join Ting Internet in Sanford, NC as a Fiber Sales Representative (Door to Door Field Sales) and help bring faster, more reliable internet to your community.

As the face of Ting, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our award-winning fiber service, and help them upgrade their home internet experience.

In this role, you'll:

What You Bring

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home based on an assigned on a 37.5 hour weekly working schedule
• This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking on varied terrain (sidewalks, driveways, uneven ground) in a range of weather conditions.
