Job summary

Join Ting Internet in Culver City, CA as a Fiber Sales Representative (Door to Door Field Sales) and help bring faster fiber to homes. As the face of Ting, you’ll build relationships, educate homeowners on Ting Fiber, and grow your own sales pipeline using mobile tools.

You'll track activity with Spotio, hit weekly and monthly sales goals, and enjoy uncapped commissions alongside a base salary. On-target earnings showcase the potential to earn six figures with performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a 37.5 hour weekly schedule including weekdays and weekends.
• Willingness to travel on foot in residential neighborhoods.
• Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is a plus.

What You'll Do

Join Ting Internet in Culver City, CAas a Fiber Sales Representative (Door to Door Field Sales) and help bring faster, more reliable internet to your community.

As the face of Ting, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our award-winning fiber service, and help them upgrade their home internet experience.

In this role, you'll:

• Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
• Educate customers on the benefits of Ting Fiber and win sales
• Grow and manage your own sales pipeline
• Track activity using Spotio and other mobile tools
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,000 annually based upon a 37.5 hour work week and completing at least 1 order/day. Enjoy the stability of a base salary $32,955 base + uncapped commission. Total earnings potential range from $86,000 - $178,000+ (yes really, we have sales representatives earning well over 6 figures)

What You Bring

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home based on an assigned on a 37.5 hour weekly working schedule
• This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking on varied terrain (sidewalks, driveways, uneven ground) in a range of weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for candidates who can perform the essential functions of this role with or without support.
• Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is an asset
