JDH Infrastructure Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Fiber Division in Indiana. You will oversee planning, execution, and closure of fiber projects, balancing schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating between clients and internal teams.

The role requires proactive communication, leadership, and field experience in OSP construction. Some travel is required to ensure projects meet objectives and timelines.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma required.
• Experience: Field experience in aerial, underground, and/or splicing disciplines.
• Technical Skills: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and documents for OSP facilities.
• Knowledge: Understanding of OSP construction processes, materials, pricing, and project management.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and field smartphone usage.
• Competencies: Strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability; excellent communication and leadership.
• Travel: Some travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and scope projects with pre-bid input and senior management
• Develop and manage work plans, resources, and schedule
• Coordinate staffing and external contractors to meet timelines
• Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to budget and safety standards
• Maintain project documentation, forms, and as-built records
• Communicate with clients and internal teams; manage change orders and risks
• Lead post-project evaluations and client relationship management
