• Plans lockout/tag-out for major maintenance stops and ensures proper execution.
• Adheres to security policies and protects Avient Intellectual Property.
• Troubleshoots with PC tools, reports findings, and suggests process improvements.
• Monitors production lines and utilities to meet monthly targets with cross‑function collaboration.
• Reviews data daily to understand cause‑and‑effect between parameters and materials.
