Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a project coordination professional to support PMs/SPMs on fiber optic and data center infrastructure projects. You will help build project plans, SOWs, BOMs, and schedule teams while tracking progress and ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities include attending site walks, coordinating with customers and vendors, and preparing close-out documentation. A valid driver’s license and basic MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of communications cabling types and construction practices.
• Reading/interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and diagrams; extrapolate take-off materials.
• Ability to estimate labor and material requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support PM/SPM on assigned projects, develop SOW, BOM, and track materials.
• Track multiple projects concurrently and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Review projects for profitability and alignment with corporate values.
• Join PM inspections of field projects.
• Attend pre-construction and status meetings with customers and vendors.
• Validate plans with site conditions and coordinate resources to meet timelines.
• Prepare reports and close-out documents per requirements.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent needs and outages.
