Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus four years of related experience; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
• Experience with fiber management databases and GIS data is preferred.

• Analyze statewide fiber and communications needs and contribute to long-term system planning.
• Design fiber paths and monitoring systems to mitigate threats.
• Coordinate with design consultants and prepare test documents.
• Maintain fiber management databases and publish GIS content.
