National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking a Fiber Splicing Helper/Laborer to assist the splicing teams and learn fiber splicing for loose tube and ribbon fibers.

You will gain hands-on experience in fiber optic testing, cable prep, and splicing in both OSP and ISP environments, with no prior experience required. You may work overtime and travel as needed; the role encourages growth within a tight-knit, forward-thinking organization.

Qualifications

• Fieldwork and travel may be required with overtime or on weekends.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and basic construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist fiber splicing teams and learn fiber splicing for loose tube and ribbon fibers.
• Learn and assist with fiber optic testing and cable preparation.
• Support splicing, testing, and placement in OSP and ISP environments.
