Job summary

Celerity Integrated Services, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Fiber Optic Splicing department.

You will run multiple jobs, oversee resources including labor, materials, subcontractors and equipment, and ensure each project is completed on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations. Reporting to the department manager, you will coordinate field activities, monitor job costs, review progress against the budget, and address customer issues.

Qualifications

• :BA in related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• :5+ years of telecommunications experience in ISP/OSP.
• Ability to manage multiple aggressive job schedules.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and scopes of work.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 30 course for Construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform Bid Walks, attend customer meetings and/or speak with customers about upcoming projects.
• Assist Bidding & Estimating with LOEs for bids including manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material and time.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, lodging, fueling and staging for upcoming projects.
• Oversee activities of manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors with Field Supervisors for project success.
• Ensure all safety protocols and initiatives are met on job sites.
• Review documentation of manpower, equipment usage, materials, subcontractors and tasks related to budget.
