CS Contract Solutions in the Greater Denver Area, CO seeks a Fiber I&R Technician to install fiber internet for residential and commercial customers. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer education while supporting growth opportunities.

The position requires owning tools, a suitable vehicle, a smartphone, and Excel proficiency, with training provided and a path for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience required.
• Must have own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack.
• Must have own tools to perform the job.
• Must pass background check, MVR screen, and drug test.
• Must be able to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Ensure adequate performance of internet, phone, and TV services if applicable.
• Complete pre-install work order and post-install service verification and customer education.
• Place aerial or buried fiber drops and install interior/exterior wiring.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Work at heights using ladders; operate in confined spaces.
• Teamwork and assist other technicians when requested.
• Present a positive professional appearance when communicating with customers.
• Relate input from customers and team to improve processes.
• Relocate across regions of NNE periodically to meet client needs.
