Job summary

GTS is seeking a Fiber Optic Construction Supervisor in Ocala, FL to support aerial and underground construction for FTTH and RDFO projects. You will oversee field crews, ensure safe work practices, and document daily production.

The role requires the ability to read prints and schematics, strong communication, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; DOT medical certification may be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fiber optic construction activities for FTTH/RDFO projects.

• Perform ride outs and coordinate with management on project needs.
