Job summary

Meta's Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end deployment of fiber and ILA projects into the Meta production environment across North America. You will manage day-to-day activities, partner vendors, budgets, and risk, coordinating with Network Development, Edge Network Deployment, Legal, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive project kickoff to closeout, validate OTDR traces, and deliver high-quality project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing telecom/construction projects and vendors.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering firms, and project budgets.
• Oversee ILA production and deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on long-term infra build plans considering timelines and budgets.
• Support ROW and permit acquisition within accelerated deployment schedules.
• Drive QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project artifacts and end-to-end deliverables to Meta teams.
• Develop fiber acceptance and closeout packages per Meta standards.
• Interpret OTDR traces and ensure vendor project closeout.
