Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead the deployment of fiber and ILA projects in North America. You will manage day-to-day activities, partner vendors, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to Meta standards.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including Network Development, Legal, and Finance, to design long-term build plans and mitigate risks while maintaining high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/construction.
• Experience negotiating with vendors/contractors to resolve project issues and reach agreements.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional tasks with accurate tracking and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate build partners, engineering and construction firms, and project budgets to mitigate risk.
• Oversee ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term infrastructure build plans and budgets.
• Support ROW and permit acquisition processes with accelerated deployment schedules.
• Coordinate with Sourcing/Net-Dev on new project opportunities and budgets.
• Receive new projects with end-to-end requirements for milestone reviews.
• Drive QA/QC of project management system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project outcomes to Meta cross-functional teams with end-to-end elements.
