Job summary

TDS Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Network Specialist I – Outside Plant Construction in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee multiple OSP construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project budgets. The ideal candidate should have at least an Associate Degree or 2+ years of professional experience, alongside strong skills in networking and project management. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking.
• Ability to travel to construction sites approximately three days per week.
• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSP projects and supervise construction operations.
• Assist in the engineering phase of projects with cost estimates.
• Review field personnel reports and contractor invoicing for accuracy.
