Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive direct, face-to-face sales of fiber internet in local neighborhoods. This field-based role offers a base salary plus unlimited commission, plus a signing bonus and performance incentives.

You will meet 50+ door prospects daily, promote Fiber Internet and related services, and work a full-time schedule with competitive earnings potential and benefits. Training and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales / outside sales / or door to door sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions.
• Availability 40 hours/week.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach.
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan.
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission.
