Job summary

EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. You will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers, with on-the-job training and growth potential.

This position offers hands-on experience in a growing telecom field, safety training, and opportunities for advancement within the company, including comprehensive benefits once onboarding is complete.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Must be willing to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related equipment.
• Run fiber and conduit, perform splicing, and test fiber connections.
• Follow detailed work orders and installation instructions.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities.
• Travel to customer locations within the Southeast region as required.
