Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and legal ability to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures; attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and travel to customer locations within the Southeast region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Position Summary

EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Must be willing to travel within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, telecommunications, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical knowledge
