Prince Telecom is seeking multiple entry-level Fiber Optic Installation Technicians in the Reading, PA area to help us connect America!

We provide paid training, a company vehicle, full benefits & more!

Pay: $16 - $22/hr+

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic systems.
• Set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONTs, routers, and switches.
• Analyze and record test results by performing tests on company-issued and customer devices.
• Interface with customers to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report work status updates.
• Customer service duties such as greeting customers, explaining services, and educating on product usage.

Who We Are Looking For…

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces
• Able to work in inclement weather and extended hours, including weekends
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to travel locally and lift, climb, carry ladders
