Job summary

CS Contract Solutions is seeking a Fiber I&R Technician/Field Technician in Michigan to install and support fiber optic internet for residential and commercial customers. You will handle installations, troubleshooting, and customer education on service quality.

The role requires safety awareness, the ability to work at heights, and willingness to work overtime when needed. Pay is production-based with paid training and a full benefits package including health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic installation experience preferred.
• Must have own vehicle and ladder.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Ensure internet, phone, and TV services function properly.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install verifications; educate customers.
