Job summary

Cs-Contract-Solutions is hiring a Fiber I&R Technician/Field Technician in Michigan to install fiber optic internet services for residential and commercial customers. You will work at multiple locations in Michigan, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Ensure adequate performance of internet, phone, and TV services where applicable.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification and customer education.
• Place aerial or buried fiber drops and install interior and exterior wiring.
• Observe safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Assist other technicians as needed and present a professional image to customers.
• Take input from customers and supervisors to solve problems and improve skills.
