Job description

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing all daily aspects and resources necessary to complete our OSP projects across multiple customer projects. This person will need to communicate with vendors, customers, and neighborhood residents, as well as manage job documentation and deliverables.

Essential Functions:

1. Manage all assigned OSP projects, clients, and partners in accordance with SPEQ Metrics.
2. Maintain all project-related data through company software and defined processes.
3. Follow all company protocols for gathering necessary project data such as production schedules, daily logs, redlines, as-builts, and other project deliverables.
4. Ensure Quality Control is performed in a timely manner.
