Job summary

Fiber Network Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee HFC/broadband project execution for the Blairs, VA team. You will manage field operations, coordinate with contractors, review as-builts, track lifecycles, and prepare reports for management.

The role requires 2+ years in outside plant construction, strong leadership, customer service focus, and ability to pass DOT physical and background checks. Occasional overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HFC or similar outside network plant construction.
• Ability to oversee field operations and coordinate with contractors.
• Knowledge of local dig laws and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform walkouts pre/post-construction.
• Verify as-builts and troubleshoot field issues.
• Scope, plan, and execute projects; manage lifecycles and invoicing.
• Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
• Follow up with municipalities on permitting issues.
