NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking technicians in North Carolina to install, service and troubleshoot cutting-edge broadband technology in customer homes. The role includes on-site training, a competitive hourly wage and an unlimited production bonus plan.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable in all weather, and pass a background check and pre-hire drug screen. The position includes access to tools, tablets and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Field experience is helpful and ability to use basic installation and hand tools.
• Experience with Fiber Optics installs a plus.
• Self-motivated candidate.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-hire drug screen.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic Computer Skills.
