Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring Fiber Optic Cable Blowing/ Cable Pulling Crew Leaders in the Dayton, Ohio area. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity. Highly competitive wages, dependent on skills and experience.

Skills and Requirements

1. 2-3 years of knowledge operating fiber‑blowing machines, superjets, and mini‑jets.
2. Knowledge of pulling cables and innerduct.
3. Experience safely leading pulling crews and directing daily work activities such as timesheets.
4. Familiar with reading telecom blueprints and completing redline/as‑built prints.
5. Valid driver’s license; CDL‑A is not required but a plus.
