Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a manufacturing machine operator to set up, tend and run multiple production machines for quality-driven output. You will monitor equipment, adjust controls, and prioritize tasks based on material availability and customer timelines.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong math and safety skills, and the ability to train junior staff while supporting process improvements. On-site position with standard shifts.

Qualifications

Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Read and interpret orders, perform calculations for materials.
Knowledge of industrial control and ERP software basics.

Responsibilities

Set up, prepare, tend and operate multiple process machines for production runs.
Monitor equipment and adjust controls to maintain heat, pressure, and speed.
Read orders, prioritize tasks, and measure materials for production.
Record production information and report unusual issues.
Train junior associates on safety and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous process improvement.
