A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to optimize plant reliability and lead maintenance initiatives. This role involves scheduling maintenance programs, managing equipment-related projects, and ensuring adherence to HSE requirements. Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
Effectively lead the maintenance team, setting priorities on the floor, internal trainings, managing spare parts and maintenance activities; Establish accountability on the floor
In alignment with HSE requirements, monitor and review the reliability of plant equipment and systems, minimizing unplanned downtime, improving overall efficiency and trouble-shooting plans, identifying opportunities for improvement
Set maintenance programs, with emphasis on planning / scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance in line with the agreed strategy
Additional Responsibilities
Manage equipment related projects, coordinate contractor activities
Communicate expectations and hold accountable for quality, safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot process, machine, material and mold per needs.
Create and update maintenance procedures, database, systems to ensure process optimization
Create, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team
Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status

Qualifications :
Professional Experience and Education
Proven track record of 7 years or more in engineering / technical roles.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture
Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic and automation
Specific skills and knowledge
Leadership, and experience of direct people management and working with both management and technical / maintenance personnel.
Strong Interpersonal and Influencing skills
Priorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility
