First Allegiance is a dynamic, woman-owned, nationwide property service firm specializing in property preservation, custom maintenance programs, repair-rehab, property registration/code compliance and lockout field services.
The FHA SSC (Senior Service Coordinator) is a 100% remote based position. This role requires the incumbent to possess strong organization and communication skills and be well versed in property preservation. The ability to independently drive a property through the pre-conveyance FHA process is a must.
What you’ll do:
- Handles/manages a portfolio of FHA loans from initial vacancy inspection to pre-conveyance.
- Manage repairs and work completion timelines to ensure compliance with conveyance due dates.
- Communicate with clients to provide conveyance updates, conveyance strategy, and obtain supporting servicing documentation required for submission of OAs, appeals, and surcharge requests.
- Navigate and guide the process of submitting OAs, appeals, and surcharges to the MCM.
- Negotiate pricing and completion dates with contractors for profitability and timeliness related to conveyance deadlines.
- Complete quality control reviews of work completed on assigned loans, requesting corrections and missing information.
- Serve as property liaison between property preservation, contractors, clients, and MCM.
- Resolve issues and questions related to property inspections and preservation work.
What you’ll bring:
- Designated work space in your home; this is a 100% remote position.
- Reliable internet connection meeting updated company requirements of hardware to support our proprietary system
- Experience working in and managing multiple information platforms and communication channels such as MSP/ICE, MS Excel, P260, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and Zoom.
- Sense of urgency and ability to communicate across multiple departments to ensure priorities are clear
- Ability to work independently and adjust priorities to achieve accurate and timely results.
- Strong analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Successful problem-solving experience, including the identifying the root cause of a problem
- Ability to balance multiple projects and perform in a deadline-driven environment.
