Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking or consulting including Real Estate Finance.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with complex spreadsheets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data from multiple computer systems.
• Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data and communicate relevant findings.
• Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding oral communication, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute your talents and market intelligence to support the team’s strategy.
• Pursue and develop internal and external relationships to facilitate real estate transactions.
• Underwrite and analyze deals for HUD/FHA feasibility prior to client submissions.
• Prepare deliverables in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for financial analysis and narratives.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of transaction risks and processes.
