The Hagedorn Little Village School is seeking a qualified psychologist to perform fee-for-service CPSE evaluations for preschoolers aged 2.5–5. The role involves administering cognitive tests (WPPSI-IV, SB-5, Bayley-4, Vineland-3, BASC-3, CBCL, etc.) and writing robust evaluation reports and IEPs. In-person work hours are 8:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the school. Candidates must be a certified school psychologist or a licensed psychologist.
JOB SUMMARY: The Hagedorn Little Village School is seeking a certified school psychologist or a licensed psychologist to work within the Committee for Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Evaluation Department as a fee-for-service evaluator. The primary responsibility is to conduct and write cognitive evaluations (i.e., WPPSI-IV, SB-5, Bayley-4, Vineland-3, BASC-3, Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist, etc.) and to complete the child’s Individual Education Plan. The typical age range of children receiving evaluations is 2.5-5 years old. Evaluations are typically conducted between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday in person at The Hagedorn Little Village School. Testing protocols and office space are provided. Testing kits are available.
Rate per evaluation for a certified school psychologist is $175. The rate per evaluation for a licensed psychologist is $200.
