The FFS Bilingual - IHBS Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers in understanding their children's needs by exploring behavior patterns and enhancing communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese - Required
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (highly desirable)
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
