Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co is a premier interior design company seeking an Associate Project Manager for New Construction FF&E. You will support expansion and renovation projects, manage FF&E procurement, and ensure alignment with brand vision, design standards, budget, timelines, and operations.

The role reports to the Space Planning FF&E Project Manager and collaborates across internal teams. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in interior design, strong organizational skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of interior design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Excel.
• Willingness to travel for installations.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom projects from start to finish with internal teams and external designers.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, budgets and tracking logs from design to delivery.
• Coordinate with finance and vendors on terms, setup and invoices.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
• Develop and maintain corporate FF&E standards and libraries.
• Facilitate showroom signage and product sheets for vendors.
• Participate in new location installations.
