Job summary

Amazon seeks an Equipment Procurement Manager within the Worldwide Retail Grocery Delivery (WWRGD) team to own FF&E procurement strategy and execution. You will drive data-driven cost reductions, manage cross-functional sourcing events, and build strong supplier relationships across multiple stores and projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, aligning POs and deliveries with timelines.
• Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Build and nurture vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities and resolve project challenges.
• Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment; develop creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve stakeholder experience.
• Track and manage budgets across multiple sites and projects; optimize spending while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
