Agropur Cooperative is hiring a Feta Laborer I in Wisconsin to support the feta department. The role involves packaging duties, vacuum packing, and paperwork in a fast-paced dairy operation. Training will be provided; safety and GMPs are emphasized.

The position offers a 3 PM–3 AM schedule and a starting wage of $24.73 per hour with two pay increases within a year. Employees receive medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) with company contributions and paid time off

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, GLP, GMP, and HACCP.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Basic computer operation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily packaging duties in the feta department.
• Perform vacuum packing as required.
• Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply.
• Complete required paperwork and quality checks.
