Position Overview

B&B Theatres is offering a part-time bartender position.

Responsibilities

• All applicants must be at least twenty-one years old at time of hire.
• Serve classic cocktails and custom, themed beverages to guests.
• Greet guests, learn preferences, answer questions.
• Recommend menu items and prepare and serve beverages and food.
• Upsell items, use proper equipment and ingredients, handle basic cleaning duties.
• Maintain neat appearance and friendly personality.
• Efficient, observant, knowledgeable, personable.
• Welcoming guests, reading and listening for preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders.
• Know drink menus and inform guests of new beverages and specials.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages.
• Check identification to ensure legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, debit transactions, ensure accurate charges, return correct change, balance register.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, washing glasses, utensils, equipment.
