You will lead the Finance Function, ensuring financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and managing budgeting and forecasting. Ideal candidates have a strong background in finance with over 10 years of experience, proficiency in SAP, and fluency in English and French. You'll play a key role in leading the Finance Function at our Fes site, ensuring global financial performance, adherence to site KPIs, and supporting the Site Managing Director in all financial matters. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Operations, Production, and Management), provide insightful analysis for decision-making, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of financial project controlling, performance management, and industrial financial processes, but also oversee accounting, treasury, and tax compliance.
