Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in leading the Finance Function at our Fes site, ensuring global financial performance, adherence to site KPIs, and supporting the Site Managing Director in all financial matters. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Operations, Production, and Management), provide insightful analysis for decision-making, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of financial project controlling, performance management, and industrial financial processes, but also oversee accounting, treasury, and tax compliance.

We'll look to you for:
  • Providing financial business partnering to anticipate operational needs and enhance decision-making through analysis and insights
  • Leading financial project controlling to ensure consistency and delivery of performance aligned with budgets and KPIs
  • Driving industrial controlling processes, including variable costing, productivity levers, and variance analysis
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance cycles with strong analytical rigor
  • Ensuring compliance with local Moroccan GAAPs, IFRS, and group tax standards
  • Leading cash management, including funding, capital increase, and working capital optimization
  • Building and growing a high-performing finance team through clear direction, coaching, and feedback

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance
  • More than 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on industrial controlling
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP BOFC
  • Experience with Local Moroccan GAAPs and IFRS
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to navigate a multinational and complex environment, managing stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and development
