Qualifications

Job description

We offer complete Grounds Care for both summer and winter seasons for HOA's/Apartments/Commercial Properties, along with Landscaping, Irrigation, and Lawn Applications as well as deck building, maintenance, remodeling, siding, and roofing.

Responsibilities:

As a fertilizer/spray technician, your responsibility will be to help provide granular fertilizer and weed control products to turf via ride-on spreaders/sprayers for commercial and residential sites.

Qualifications:

1. Attention To Detail is CRITICAL!
2. Ability to operate Ride-On Spreader/Sprayer, backpack sprayer, backpack blower and other equipment
3. Must have valid driver’s license with no DUI, Careless Driving within last 3 years
4. Licensed by MDA categories A & E or ability to obtain in 15 days
5. Ability to identify and learn various seasonal conditions and turf weeds
6. Friendly Customer Service Skills
7. Positive Attitude and Coachable
8. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
9. Be able to consistently lift 50lbs
10. Safely operate all equipment and motor vehicles
11. Work independently or as a team and complete necessary paperwork
12. Be comfortable with various phone apps
13. Proper understanding of safety regulations to apply fertilizers, herbicides, & insecticides and/or willingness to learn
14. Continuing Education as required by Company & State
15. Maintain company standard and level of professionalism

Compensation:

$22 - $28 per hour
