Job summary

Ivy Fertility in Bellevue, WA seeks a Women’s Health Ultrasound Technologist to join our clinical team, performing transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds for fertility monitoring and treatment cycles.

The ideal candidate has experience in women's health, RDMS preferred, and can explain findings clearly to patients, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and collaborating with physicians and care coordinators.

Qualifications

• Training/background in women's health (OB/GYN or reproductive endocrinology).
• Experience performing transvaginal ultrasound.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient education and communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical schedule with efficiency and accuracy.
• Associate's degree or certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (preferred).
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification or eligibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds for fertility monitoring, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment cycles.
• Accurately measure and document follicle counts, endometrial lining, and other relevant reproductive anatomy.
• Explain ultrasound findings to patients in clear, accessible language, helping them understand results and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient's electronic medical record.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned per clinic protocols.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
