Job summary

CNY Fertility is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support screening, enrollment and coordination of patients across multiple clinical trials in Albany/Latham, NY. This role involves assisting with grant applications and monitoring expenses for protocols.

You will work under the Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, ensuring compliance with federal, state and IRB guidelines, interacting with patients, and preparing records for audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage/oversee recruiting, screening and enrolling of patients for participation in multiple clinical trials while ensuring compliance with federal, state and institutional guidelines.
• Assist participants with grant application and monitoring expenses for all protocols.
• Work with principal investigator/research nurse submitting protocols, amendments, notices, suspensions and terminations to the IRB for review and approval.
• Interact with patients prior to entering the study and during the process.
• Discuss, obtain and review informed consent forms from patients to ensure compliance with FDA, state and IRB guidelines.
• Monitor eligibility criteria based on patient medical records and coordinate with clinical staff.
